About Us

Evan
After a career in management consulting and financial services and being Dad of a young man with Down syndrome, Evan co-founded a successful WA based plan management service wih Kathryn. Evan has also spent a number of years helping re-establish the John XXIII College Foundation and currently is a board member of not-for-profit Indigo / ILA that support the disability and aged care sector with therapy, assessment and assistive technology advice. He is passionate about helping people living with disability to live their best lives with the support of our wonderful NDIS.

Kathryn
Kathryn has had a diverse career in not-for-profit, educational, and commercial settings. Her passion is disability inclusion; in education & training, workplaces and community groups. She has worked in a paid and unpaid capacity with a variety of organisations to develop inclusive practices. Kathryn has served the community as Board Chair of Down Syndrome WA. As co-founder of a successful WA based NDIS plan management business, she combines her knowledge from previous positions as a LAC and ECEI practitioner developing NDIS plans, her lived experiences as a mother whose son is an NDIS participant with her commercial skills to ensure all staff are well trained in the work they do. This allows Kathryn to provide practical advice to our plan navigation participants.
